Peloton Family: Get yourself a a cape and come run with me as I do a 5K+10K Challenge in support of the Open Door Clinic of Alamance County! This clinic delivers health care for over 500 people in my home county that would have no health care otherwise. The Clinic does incredible work with the resources they have, but like all free clinics their funding is fragile and tenuous. The Clinic relies on the funds it receives from the Great Cape Escape... so I'm turning to you. Here's how you can help:
- COME RUN WITH ME! 100% of the profits from runners go to the clinic, paying for insulin and syringes, medications, nursing and provider care, special testing and more. Plus, the medals are awesome and we'll mail them to you! (see below).
- You can run any time between Sep 19th and October 10th, 2021 with 'official' race weekend October 8-10.
- TELL YOUR FRIENDS! Can we get runners from all 50 states?
- DONATE TO MY PAGE! your donation to Open Door Clinic is 100% tax-deductible and makes a huge difference to real people, right away.
